Weather
If, at the time of commencement of the outdoor clinics, the weather matches our wet weather policy, alternative arrangements will be made. You will be kept informed of how the sessions will be made up.
In the event that the school has an available gym, the coaches will run the session at that time inside in a modified capacity. All children, regardless of the decision, will be fully supervised until normal pick up time and advised where the time will be made up.
Our For Juniors programs will always go ahead regardless of weather conditions as, even when the forecast temperature is high, our programs are over before the heat of the day affects the gym.

HOT WEATHER
If it is forecast to be 37 degrees or over on the 8am news on Mix 102.3FM on that days session will not take place and your program will be extended. This also applies to our indoor sessions as some of the gyms can get quite hot through the day. Before school sessions are not affected as temperatures will not have reached this high at the time of commencement.
WET WEATHER
If at the start of the session it is raining consistently or there are gale winds and lightening associated with a storm front, the session will be cancelled.
Be Sport Smart
Please bring a drink of water with you to your session. If you are doing an outdoor sport please also bring a hat.
