PROGRAMS - EXTRA INFORMATION
Our programs will always go ahead regardless of weather conditions as, even when the forecast temperature is high, our programs are over before the heat of the day affects the gym. Most of the facilities we use for our programs are air conditioned.
Long Weekends/Public holidays
We do not run our programs on long weekends or public holidays. If your session falls on a long weekend, your sessions will be extended so you will still receive 6 sessions.
For our Melbourne sessions, we will be running programs on the weekend prior to the Melbourne Cup, 2nd & 3rd of November 2013.
For our Adelaide sessions that are on Saturday, there will be no session on Pageant Day, 9th of November 2013, but we will still run 6 sessions.
Disruptive or abusive behaviour is not acceptable. If this type of behaviour occurs the child will be removed from the session. If it is ongoing the parents will be contacted and the child may be removed from the program.
Equipment & Clothing
No uniforms or special equipment are required for our programs. You can simply wear clothing that is comfortable to run in and none-marking sneakers or sandshoes. As all of our programs are run indoors please do not wear soccer/football boots.
Please bring a drink of water with you to your session.
You will need to bring the ball, bat or racquet given to you on the first week to each session.
